I am now having a SERIOUS case of muscle ache.
OUCH.It is because of PE yesterday... it dint ache so much yesterday...just when i am climbing the stairs or when i am squatting down, it hurts.
But when i woke up in the morning, i stood up and it's like
OUCH!!!Even when i am walking, it's PAIN!!!
Squatting down is the worst nightmare and climbing the stairs is
SUPER PAIN!
Now then i realise how many times a day do I climb the stairs or squat down.
I am
VERY careful about dropping things on the floor from now on. I DUN WANNA SQUAT DOWN AND PICK THAT THING!
It's like
ALMOST the whole class has muscle ache.
Then there's running today...and we are running while ouching.
Lols, at least i am not alone :D
